What the tier prices cover: a standard single shower — approx 0.9m × 0.9m cubicle, walls tiled to ~2m, in modern standard-format tiles (300×600mm, or any tile 250mm and larger; floor tiles 300mm and larger). Older bathrooms with smaller-format or mosaic tiles, double-width cubicles, extra tiled panels or window reveals carry more grout work and are priced individually from your photos — always as a fixed written price before you book. Premium cement grout (Mapei Ultracolor Plus) on the shower floor, 2-year workmanship warranty. Best for a budget refresh or a smaller job.
Epoxy grout on the shower floor and walls, 5-year workmanship warranty. Epoxy is highly water-resistant, stain-resistant, and doesn't need sealing. Covers most bathrooms.
Everything in Standard, plus an anti-slip treatment on the shower floor for safer wet-area use. 5-year workmanship warranty.
A black shower corner, a peeling bath or benchtop bead, a screen-to-tile line — stripped out, cleaned back to bare tile and resealed in colour-matched Mapei Mapesil AC with a 6-month written warranty. Full shower reseal from $260, single joints priced per metre, whole-house and new-build caulking for builders from $8 per lineal metre.

Every job is protected two ways, both in writing on your invoice — not one big number buried in the fine print.
If our grout or silicone fails because of how we applied it, we come back and fix it — no call-out fee to make a claim.
We install genuine Mapei materials (Kerapoxy epoxy grout, Mapesil AC silicone), which carry Mapei Australia's 10-year product warranty against manufacturing defects — claimable directly with Mapei by you as the property owner, subject to Mapei's terms. We give you the product details and proof of purchase so you can claim if you ever need to.
Surface mould from a poorly-ventilated bathroom or harsh cleaners is maintenance, not a workmanship fault. And regrouting isn't waterproofing — if water's getting in behind the tiles, that needs a licensed waterproofer or plumber, and we'll tell you straight.
